We are reopening on the 4th July – Please read carefully.
We are opening again on the 4th July. There are a number of changes we are making to ensure you and our staff remain safe.
Teams must comprise of no more than two households (your support bubble counts as one household) as social distancing may be compromised while playing the game.
We would ask that you bring as few personal items as possible and use your own toilet facilities before arriving to help reduce unnecessary contacts.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your game. This is especially important during these difficult times as we need to ensure teams from different bookings do not cross paths. If you arrive after your allocated start time the game may have to be shortened.
Before you leave home
If you or someone in your household or your support bubble is showing coronavirus symptoms, everyone in your support bubble should stay home. If you or a member of your support bubble is contacted as part of the test and trace programme, the individual contacted should stay at home. If that individual becomes symptomatic, everyone in the support bubble must then isolate. This is critical to staying safe and saving lives.
Before the game
On your arrival at the Escape room please wait outside until all of your team have arrived and are ready to enter. Then make your presence known to the Games Master and they will unlock the door. On entering the reception area, you will be required to clean your hands with the supplied 75% alcohol hand sanitiser and then take a seat. The Games Master will greet you from behind a screened reception desk to minimise contact. After a brief video and health and safety briefing you will be asked to enter the game room and close the door behind you.
One member of the team will have to sign a waiver on behalf of the team stating you are aware of the Covid-19 conditions. You can download a copy of the waiver from HERE.
Face masks are optional and we are more than happy for you to bring your own face mask to wear
During the game
Customers should avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth.
Customers should try to minimise contact with other participants whilst in the Escape Room.
After the Game
There will be a short debriefing and the Games Master will give you your times. The Games Master will happily take a team photograph using our phone and can post it to our Facebook page where you will be able to download a copy.
We disinfect the objects and surfaces in our rooms and reception area after every game to further reduce the chance of anything being transmitted while playing.
No teams from any separate bookings will be allowed in the Escape Room at the same time.
